WH40k KoB meets SAO KoB Part two - Ink by RedSkittlez-DA WH40k KoB meets SAO KoB Part two - Ink by RedSkittlez-DA
A quick request.

This is a inside joke between me and my friend, in this anime (Sword arts online) there's a guild or group that calling themselves the Knights of Blood, and in Warhammer 40,000 there's a chapter that call themselves the Knights of Blood as well.

The Knights of Blood are Chaos Space Marine. They should look different from this.

Well my good chum, would you do me a huge favour? Please go to your nearest GW store and purchase for yourself a Blood Angel codex.  When you've purchased said codex, skip the part about the successor chapters and look for the chapter called the Knights of Blood.  After reading that bit, get back to me and we'll talk.

They turn to Chaos at some point. Perhaps the Black Rage got the better of them. This Chapter fought against Space Hobbits (Ratlings) on Ornsworld.

Um...
1. GW changed that.
They are a loyalist/renegade chapter now
That is 4rth ed you are showing we are in 6th edition now in which they are not in it at all.

AND

2. If you are going to use an internet wiki you may as well use the Lexicanum for more current information and proofread information.

This is also true.  We're on sixth edition.  I own both books and the Death watch series.  GW did change them to be more loyalist/renegade, rather than being a chaos warband.  I don't know the reason, but they did, and that's how we know the Knights of Blood now.  They are a successor of the Blood Angels.

No considering the timeline is quite various and makes no sense if that is true. The Knight of blood went back to their home world to defend it against the tyranids, "defense of Baal, in 999.M41." In retrospect of the timeline , there are 2 possible theories.

First, they split into two groups; the loyalist and the traitors.

Second, they've been "Retcon" (Which always happens in the 40k universe because that how GW works) that they are all loyalists which makes sense due to the newest books. Since some are on deathwatch. And the newest chaos codex doesn't mention them at all.
